Using the LVR Encapsulation System, contamination from dust and debris is minimized throughout the facility. Our Encapsulation System is built with a structural steel frame around the perimeter of the furnace opening and is covered with a polyethylene lining.
Silica is a common ingredient in refractory material and its dust should be contained during refractory tear out. Silica dust is controlled using encapsulation and a dual HEPA air filtration system.
