High Temperature Insulation

LVR provides a full line of high temperature insulation including ceramic fiber, soluble fiber, mineral wool, and vermiculite from the most trusted manufacturers.

Ceramic Fiber

Ceramic fiber is a lightweight insulating material engineered for low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance, and low heat storage capacity.

Suitable for use in temperatures up to 2900°F (1600°C).

Available in blanket, module, bulk fiber, board, vacuum formed shapes, and pumpables.

Ceramic Fiber

Soluble Fiber

Soluble fiber is a low bio-persistence fiber resulting in no carcinogen classification labeling that provides high tensile strength, and excellent thermal conductivity.

Suitable for use in temperatures up to 2370°F (1300°C).

Available in blanket, module, bulk fiber, board, vacuum formed shapes, and pumpables.

Soluble Fiber

Mineral Wool

Mineral wool is a high temperature fiber board made from mineral fiber and organic binder. Ideal as a cost-effective solution for refractory backup insulation.

Suitable for use in temperatures up to 1900°F (1025°C).

Available in wrap, mat, board, and vacuum formed shapes.

Vermiculite

Vermiculite insulation provides excellent energy-savings, good strength and minimal shrinkage.

Suitable for use in temperatures up to 1900°F (1025°C).

Available in block and board.
